Varsity Track and Field traveled to Vandalia this past Friday to compete at the Vandalia Butler Invitational. Here are a few highlights of the event:

Girls 4x 100 relay team of Serenity Foster, Ta'ziah Gladden, DeShawna Hogue, and Iyanna Thompson-Carson took 2nd place

Girls 4 x 200 relay of Serenity Foster, DeShawna Hogue, Brooklyn Williamson, and Iyanna Thompson-Carson took 2nd place

Girls 4x400 relay of Selena Frost, Raniah Myles, Serenity Foster, and Brooklyn Williamson took 3rd place

The Pirates are back in action on Wednesday, April 17 at Stebbins.
