Athletic Pass Policy
Passes accepted at the gate:
- Miami Valley League Passes (coaches, administrator, school board member, life time pass)
- Opponent Conference Passes
Passes accepted at West Carrollton HOME games only:
- West Carrollton senior citizen passes
- West Carrollton All Sports passes
- Staff Members admitted with ID
Passes NOT accepted at the gate:
- Opponent or other senior citizen passes
- Opponent or other family or student passes
- Opponent or other faculty or staff passes
Other Information
- WCSD attendance policy states that all students in grades eight or below attending athletic event as non-participants must be accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone.
- Children 5 and under are free at all home games (with adult chaperone).
- All WCSD athletic venues are non-smoking and follow a no re-entry policy.
