Starting in November 2025, families are responsible for ordering their own athletic awards at the conclusion of the season. The West Carrollton Athletic Boosters will continue to pay for all of the awards that our student-athletes earn, but an order form must be completed to receive them.
Once the brief form is filled out, the Athletic Department will confirm that the student-athlete has met the requirements to receive each requested award. The Athletic Department will notify the student-athlete when their awards are ready for pick up.
