The West Carrollton Athletic Department is proud to announce Amber Peck as the new Head Coach for our Varsity Pirates Softball team. Hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Amber has had a lifelong passion for sports that began as soon as she could walk. She has been playing competitive softball throughout her life and has built an impressive career both as an athlete and as a leader in the sports community.

A dual-varsity athlete in high school, Amber excelled in both volleyball and softball, earning letters in both sports. She then attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education with dual concentrations in Sport and Recreation Administration. During her time at Edinboro, Amber was a member of the Division II Fighting Scots Softball team and was an active member of several academic clubs and organizations, including a continuing sister of Zeta Tau Alpha.

After completing her undergraduate degree, Amber continued her education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Sports Management, as well as dual graduate certifications in Athletics and Accounting. She graduated with high honors, demonstrating her commitment to excellence both on and off the field.

As a proud military spouse to an Air Force service member, Amber understands the value of dedication, teamwork, and discipline. She is also a proud mother of four boys, all of whom are actively involved in the West Carrollton community’s youth sports programs.

In addition to her work as a coach, Amber serves as the Director at Lightbridge Academy of Centerville, where she applies her leadership and organizational skills to support the community.

Amber brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her new role as Head Softball Coach. She looks forward to building a strong, competitive team, fostering student-athletes’ growth both in the classroom and on the field, and making a positive impact on the entire West Carrollton athletic community.
