As a reminder, if your child is not traveling both TO and FROM an away contest on the team bus, a parent/guardian must complete a transportation waiver more than 24 hours before the contest.

Our coaches are tasked with providing the bus drivers with an accurate list of every student-athlete on the bus, so please help make this process easier by planning and communicating with your child's coach ahead of the away game.

Each submission is only valid for one date, so parents must fill out a new form each time they transport their child.
